mountainside vacation cabin overlooking the South face of Spruce 
Ridge & Spruce Mountain.  Awesome mountain views and the star light 
skies are simply awesome!  Privacy and seclusion.  Not near any 
homes, just tall cool pines on this 2 acre mountainside property 
adjacent to Prescott National Forest.

Its elevation is at cool, crisp 7100 feet which is 1500 feet higher 
then Prescott.  Temperature wise, its always 25 to 30 degrees cooler 
than Phoenix and 8 to 10 degrees cooler than Prescott.  There is 
simply no better place to escape a Phoenix summer.  It is not 
uncommon during summer moonsoon season to be bright and sunny and a 
109 degrees in Phoenix while it be 57 degrees and raining at MG 
Lodge.

That’s right.  With no traffic delay, you’re here in about hour and 
a half from Loop 101 at Interstate 17.

The Lodge comfortably sleeps with 8 to 10 people.  It is two 
story with 2 queen beds, a queen futon, and two bunk beds.  The Lodge
has 3 bedrooms, 2bathrooms.  The floorplan is very open and free-
flowing.  The deck is about 1200 square feet of which 400 feet is 
covered from end to end.  The community is gated for added security.

MG Lodge can easily sleep 8 to 10 guests with a queen bed in the 
master, an additional queen bed in bedroom two, and the kids room 
has two bunk beds and queen futon.  The open, bright and free 
flowing floorplan has the master bedroom downtairs and a full bath.  
Upstairs are bedrooms 2 and 3 with a jack and jill bath.  In 
addition, there is a screened porch, a great room with wood burning 
fireplace and formal dining area, a fully appointed kitchen will all 
appliances, a laundry room, open and spacious deck, heated spa, 
basketball court, hammock, and the worlds most awesome tree swing.  
Additional features are: 1) WiFi Internet Service, 2) Outdoor Fire 
pits, 3) Local Phone, 4) Satellite TV, 5) DVD players, 6) Popcorn
