The Ridgewood House is located one mile above the Pacific Ocean and 
is about two miles from the center of Gualala. Gualala has two 
grocery stores, excellent resturants, and plenty of shopping. 

There is biking, shopping, walks along the Gualala River and a 
beutiful park that has a large driftwood beach with unbelieveable 
views of the rugged Pacific Ocean.The Sea ranch Gulf Course is 
located within 4 miles and is an exceptional course with several 
holes overlooking the rocky Pacific Ocean.

The town of Mendocino is within a 50 minute drive and has an east 
Coast feel with incredible views, food and shopping. It is the North 
Coast mecca for the Rich and famous.

RESERVATIONS - To reserve an extended 
vacation or weekend at the Ridgewood House 

The basic rental rate for the Ridgewood House is $140 per night 
for two persons plus $14.00 for any additional guests for a maximum 
of 6 guests. This rate does not include the required bed tax. 
Reservations are for a minimum of two nights. Special minimum stays 
may be applied to certain holiday periods. (Thanksgiving is a four 
nite 
minimum.) Maximum occupancy is 6 adult guests.Children are welcome 
This is a special rate 
reserved for online booking. Leave the pets at home and enjoy our 
wildlife which includes sea lions, birds, racoons,river otters, and 
other nmarine mammals.
