private setting for that peaceful and relaxing break, just steps from 
New Wasaga Beach. No smoking inside cottage and pets are allowed - 
only on concent of owner!!!

Welcome to your private Log Chalet retreat with all the amenities in 
the spacious and sunny living room that gives way to the open 
concept ‘A’ frame ceiling. 

Sit back in front of the Hot Stove fireplace and enjoy the 
entertainment cabinet including Digital TV, DVD and VHS with surround 
sound system, or hook up your laptop to the High Speed Internet, or 
just relax with that favourite book.

Kiss the Cook! In the kitchen that comes complete with all the 
accessories, DVD/CD, VHS, Digital TV, High Speed Internet Hook up, 
table to seat 10 plus, blender, toaster, coffee maker, waffle maker, 
microwave, washer and dryer, all utensils, dishes, pots and pans and 
extra cooking aids, 1 master bedroom with double, 2 single bedrooms 
with singles and double ‘pull out’ in the living room, all taken care 
of and in new condition.; and with the Colonial style extended table, 
you will be able to seat up to 10 people comfortably. Also includes a 
full size B-B-Q on the back deck, with full Patio furniture for 
dinning outside.

The spacious Bathroom includes a stand up shower and a good 
temperature control for any sunburn!!!

Wet Towels? This rental property is one of the few full efficient log 
chalets to boast a full in-house laundry facility for your 
convenience.

Please Note: Laundry detergent etc. not supplied. 

If it is the Beach you like in the Summer or Skiing in the Winter, 
this year round Log Chalet is equipped for ALL season.  Perhaps 
getting cozy around the Hot Stove fireplace in the winter or singing 
around the campfire in the summer, it's all here!!!

Situated just steps from the World’s Longest, most beautiful, fresh 
water beach and Ontario’s hotspot of Wasaga Beach.  Where the board-
walk comes to life with dincing and beach shopping and lots to do for 
the kids.

Just a 20 minute drive from one of Ontario's best Skiing facilities. 
Blue Mountain is considered the Eastern "Whistler" with fine dining, 
dancing and shopping. 

Our Cottage is situated at NEW Wasaga Beach, which is about a mile 
away from the ‘Main’ beach and about a block from the beach at New 
Wasaga itself (short walk)

Our regulars say it is nice because if you want the main beach, you 
can go and if you want some down time at the private cottage, it is 
nice to have the choice.

Our cottage is fully loaded with all the extras, all you need are 
your towels and linens, food etc everything else is supplied and 
includes: DVD/CD, VHS, Digital TV, High Speed Internet Hook up, table 
to seat 10 plus, Gas BBQ, Patio Furniture on front deck and back 
deck, blender, toaster, coffee maker, waffle maker, microwave, washer 
and dryer, all utensils, dishes, pots and pans and extra cooking 
aids, 1 master bedroom with double, 2 single bedrooms with singles 
and double ‘pull out’ in the living room, all taken care of and in 
new condition. 

Summer Rates are as follows - commence May 1st:

Regular 1 week - Saturday (in 2:00 pm) to Saturday (out noon) - 
$975.00
Two weeks - Saturday (in 2:00 pm) to Saturday (out noon) - $1,800.00
Weekend - Friday (in 2:00 pm) - Sunday (out noon) - $425.00 
Long Weekend - 4 day (depending on Friday or Monday) - in 2:00 pm and 
out noon - $495.00
***DISCOUNT OF 5% if booked minimum 3 months in advance of arrival.
Deposit must be received with booking confirmation.

Winter Rates are as follows - commence October 1st:

Regular week - Saturday (in 2:00 pm) to Saturday (out noon) - $650.00
Weekend - Friday (in 2:00 pm) - Sunday (out noon) - 300.00 
Long Weekend - 4 day (depending on Thursday or Monday) - in 2:00 pm 
and out noon - $395.00
