 Description  


Minutes from Lake George, NY. Walk down to enjoy pristine; lake-side 
beach, playing tennis, sharing adventures or relaxing in the 
seclusion of 500 private, forested acres. Nearby Green Manisons Golf 
Club offers un-crowded tee times. A dozen more courses including the 
famous Sagamore Resort and Hiland Park are just minutes away. Walk 
down to Tripp Lake for some real Adirondack fishing and canoeing. 
Hiking begins here and ends in the High Peaks of Lake Placid. Gore 
Mountain nearby for sking and so much more. Low maintenance fee 
includes basic cable for T.V. and also includes Heating and many 
amendities. Two fireplaces clean and maintained by the Association.
