$3000 includes utilities, use of boat and amenities of the cottage
A fee of $100 is also requested for after move-out cleaning of
cottage
A deposit of $600 will reserve your place and serve as a guarantee
to both rentor and rentee. Deposit is refundable if another rentor
is available. Rent payment is due on check-in and deposit will be
refunded after walk through of property with owner and rentor.
