broadband, basic cable tv, local telephone service, all
furnishings,bed linens, towels, dining linens; well-equipped kitchen.
A deposit of one month's rent, plus a post-cleaning fee of $75 is
required to secure the rental. Monthly rent is paid by post-dated
check. Deposit refund is provided at end of stay, following walk
through with owner's representative. In the event that rentor
cancels prior to end of lease,and there is no rentor to take over,
there will be no refund.
