This is a 1400 sq. ft. home located in Santee less than one mile 
from golf courses, restaurants and stores. Unique for its tree house 
appeal as it overlooks a quiet, deep cove on Lake Marion. It has a 
dock and boathouse, with a large deck/screen porch overlooking the 
water abundant with wildlife, as home is surrounded (on two sides) 
by Santee State Park. 

The minute you drive down the park road to the property you'll feel 
like you escaped the rat race. Home is less than 4 years old, mint 
condition, fresh kitchen with all the necessary appliances, 
including washer and dryer. The "one room" living room, dining area 
and kitchen let you enjoy the view from the large windows that 
stretch from floor to catheral ceiling. 

The comfortable climate of Lake Marion will invite you to dine on 
the screen porch and spend mornings sipping coffee on the deck as 
you watch ospreys, great blue herons feed. 

Boat launch is available within walking distance from the house. 
Antique shops just 15-30 minutes drive. There's something here for

Pet deposit is $200. Pets may NOT go inside house at any time. 
No "visiting" pets are allowed. 

Note that the deposit of $300 is in addition to the $950 weekly fee. 
The deposit is for damage and cleaning fees. We will return the 
entire deposit if the house is as clean as when you found it. 

14 ft. jon boat rental is available for $200 for week. It includes 4 
horse power motor, gas, trolling motor, battery, paddle, life 
jackets, and anchor. Deposit also covers boat, motor, and equipment 
damage.
