The 3rd floor is designed for your relaxation.  The custom-decorated 
Great Room is newly furnished in 2005 with plenty of space for
everyone to relax and enjoy your favorite videos on the large-screen 
Toshiba entertainment center.  Solid wood ceiling beams accent the 
décor.  The Dining area awaits you with its large glass table that 
is perfect for family dining.  The Kitchen is well equipped for your 
gourmet meals. The Breakfast Nook area makes clean up a snap. 

ESCAPE to the loft area to relax on the wicker furnishings, eat
breakfast, play cards, or read a book from the light of the large 
port window.  The Library area features a mini-bar, small fridge, ice
maker, and has a large assortment of videos, board games, cards, and
puzzles.

The Master Bedroom Suite on the top floor has a separate seating 
area, a full walk-in closet, and a two-room bathroom for his/her 
relaxation.  The top floor also has a powder room bath. Finally, 
there’s access to the deck with lots of furniture on which families 
can relax together and watch a great Carolina sunset.  

On the mid-level you’ll find another well-decorated master bedroom
with TV, spacious closet and private bath.  There’s a bedroom with 
two twin beds, the kid ‘bunk zone’ with 2 bunk sets, and shared 
bath. 

The kid zone features a Nintendo 64 game system.  Visit the screened 
porch and ESCAPE in the large 6-person hot tub or go on to the deck 
to relax in the hammock or 2-person swing.  

On the ground level you'll find an indoor storage area, covered
parking, an outdoor shower, and a grill for your summer barbeques. 

Walk down the boardwalk in the rear of the home to enjoy a fantastic 
sunset over the sound in view of the historic Whalehead Club and
Currituck Lighthouse.
