California- between San Francisco (20min's) & the Wine Country (30-40). 

Tastefully furnished with Full amenities for 14 provided, this home
makes the perfect getaway! 5 of the bedrooms have Queen beds, the 6th
bedroom has 2 full size beds- all have deck and garden access with
great views.  There is an additional bonus room, the "Loft" that comes
complete with games and large TV, plus plenty of sofa seating.  Again,
great views.

Enjoy large windows, high wood beamed ceilings, spacious gourmet
kitchen and fantastic Main areas with awesome panoramic views that
extend over empty open space, out to san francisco bay and the wine
country! The property and the home feels natural and 
serene, a feeling that Marin is well known for and which makes this 
area unique.

The “American Style” Gourmet kitchen that opens up to a very 
large and spacious Great Room and Formal Dining area which seats 12-
14 people comfortably. This Gourmet kitchen is complete with top
amenities; Modern Stainless steel Gas Range, 48" built-in Monogram
Refrigerator, & a 28 bottle Wine Fridge for those Wine Country finds!

The spacious Great Room has large, comfy, seating areas that lend 
itself to talking and taking in the views. The formal dining area 
branches off this main room, also taking in the views. An antique 
Brass chandelier hangs from the Great Room’s high ceilings. A bonus 
loft area, used as a reading area and hang out, is part of the room 
atmosphere from above.

Large decks, sunny open lawn areas, numerous meandering pathways and 
glorious Panoramic Views embrace this Marin Property which is 
completely Private and fenced. 

Sit back, relax with friends and loved ones as you watch sunset take 
over the Lucas Valley Mountains, San Francisco Bay, Wine County and 
the home itself. 

The neighborhood, Los Ranchitos, is a unique, undiscovered nook in 
central Marin that embraces country living in Suburbia. All homes in 
the area of Los Ranchitos consist of 1+ acre estate properties that 
allow agricultural activities and farm animals. Down the street, on 
Owens Farm, there is a miniature donkey and two goats that love to 
be greeted by people passing by on walks. Also, neighborhood offers 
direct access onto Terra Linda Open Space ridge trails where one can 
take in Views of Mt. Tamalpais, Marin Civic Center (a Frank Lloyd 
Wright building), and the San Francisco Bay. China Camp State Park 
is just a hop & skip away, full of tidal marshlands, forested 
meadows and wondrous forgotten trails.

• **Mountain Biking: Marin county is the birthplace of the mountain 
bike and the mountain bike experience!
o --Excellent trail all over Marin for any type of bike enthusiast, 
from beginner to advance, road or Mountain!
 ----Maps available at the home include all the cool trails for 
Mount Tamalpais and China Camp, just to name two of many national 
state parks in Marin!
 ----Tamarancho Ranch in Fairfax offers world class single track 
mountain biking trails that really stimulate the senses- all legally!
 ----Fantastic trails all aver Mt Tamalpais Watershed area! No cars!

• **Hiking: Enjoy Marin's natural beauty by foot. A great Ridge 
trail, The Terra Linda Open Space Ridge Trail, is just a short walk 
from the home. Take in Mt Tam and gorgeous bay and mountain vistas. 
China Camp State Park is also very close by and makes a great 
exploration destination!
• --Its a birds lovers delight! Muir Woods, Mt Tamalpais, and Tomales 
Bay is a must for any wildflower admirer/bird watcher, or camera 
enthusiast.
• --Muir Woods, national monument, always makes a great destination. 
Mt Tamalpais is also fantastic, as is all of Marin!

• **Water Activities:

-Take in the ocean air and ride the ferry from Larkspur, Tiburon, or 
Sausalito to enjoy fantastic views of SF and the Bay area!

o **Beaches: Great Waves all over!

-Enjoy Stinson Beach 25 minutes away or Ocean Beach in San Francisco 
(same distance)! Do I dare mention Mavericks with its wall of waves? 
Then there is Muir Beach, on the bay of San Rafael, a great relaxing 
park with lots of lawn space, swimming pools, and a mellow bay beach-
 5 min's away!

o --Lake Berryessa: Less than 1 hr away to waterski mecca! Loaded 
with islands to park your boat (rent one if needed) for the day!

o --San Francisco Bay: Rent a yacht, go by ferry, kayak or windsurf! 
It is all available. Tours out to Alcatraz or Farralon Islands make 
a great activity with family and friends!

San Anselmo, and Fairfax and you can expect to find all the great

o --City of San Francisco is just a 20 minute drive! Empty your 
pockets on Union Street boutiques or Union Square Mega stores- its 
your choice.

• --Dining: San Francisco is known for its culinary greatness. Enjoy 
5 star dining in the city at 'Stars', or a fun afternoon on the 
docks of the bay at 'Sams Anchor Cafe' in Marin for casual fine 
dining at its best! Want an adventure? Try going out to Tomales Bay 
(30min drive) for fresh Tomales oysters, BBQ'ed or on the half shell!
• --Alcatraz: is a favorite tourist destination as is going to Angel 
Island from Tiburon for a day of picnicking, hiking or biking.

"Loner dates": dates that are inbetween other bookings: $1,000 for
1nt.(only if one night possible) / $800 2nts. Sliding scale rate
system; See Non-Peak Rates. No parties, please.

      the Marin Civic Ctr, which also hosts the fair all week-
beautiful view of it all from home!

-Thanksgiving (Nov. 21th - 30th).........$775/night..*7night minimum*

---$650.00 each additional night past minimum stay, unless rolls into

Additional Fees:

    * $500 Refundable Security Deposit + $275 cleaning fee (one time).

    * Holding deposit for Reservation during Peak & Holiday bookings
is 1/2 of the total rental nights reserved--

    * Additional visits (after booking) to the home for extra
      viewing can be arranged with an additional $50 fee, per hour visit.
      Early drop off of goods is not available due to liability.

    * Early/Late Check-out: can be arranged with an additional
      $50 fee extra/per hr- 3hrs max, but cannot be quaranteed until 
 one week prior to check-in due to possible other booking on same day.


Rate includes:  Utilites, Internet, HBO/Cable TV, Complete Amenities
for 14.
