When you approach the villas there is an ornamental gate with 
frolicking dolphins and the entire property is walled providing you a 
sanctuary of peace and relaxation. The driveway meanders through 
tropical landscaping of indigenous plants of the Turks and Caicos 
Islands and an explosion of colors from the bountiful bouganvilla 
plants.
 
Each villa has two well appointed bedrooms. One with a king size bed 
and the other with a queen size bed.  In the first floor villa the 
king size bed can be made into two twin beds if this will help to 
meet your needs. Each bedroom in each villa also has its own private 
bathroom with a shower.

The second floor villa has a private furnished veranda as well as an 
open air wrap-
around veranda allowing panoramic unobstructed views of the Atlantic 
Ocean and Grace Bay Beach and the luxury yachts sailing past through 
the Atlantic Ocean while they are coming into harbor at the nearby 
Turtle Cove Marina. A scene that is sure to take your breath away.

The first floor villa has a private 
furnished open air lanai where you can relax and enjoy the 
gentle trade winds, admire the tropical gardens, and walk out to the 
beach and ocean.

In the oceanfront gardens there are two open air patio 
areas with tables and chairs that allow you to enjoy the glorious 
weather and dine alfresco. A propane barbeque grill is provided so 
you make a memorable meal for dining under the millions of stars you 
will see unlike anywhere else but in the Turks and Caicos Islands. 
There is also ample space to enjoy the tropical sun and gently 
caressing sea breezes and smile, laugh and make treasured memories 
together with friends or family while relaxing on a hammock or chaise 
lounge among the Caribbean gardens.

Deposit required is 3 nights stay plus tax within 5 days of making 
the reservation with the balance owing 7 days prior to arrival at the 
villa.
