several large homes and cottages with only a one road access for 
added security. Includes large screen TV with surround sound,
 CD & DVD player, piano, dishwasher, washer 
and dryer, electric heat, propane BBQ and wood stove
. Cable TV and wireless internet may also be available.  Fully 
furnished.  Owner uses cottage, and is equipped for a family.
  

Short walk to beach. Near yacht club, and a quick 
drive to the corner store. Local fish market, bakery, restaurants 
and pizzaria. A 10-minute drive to Shediac, where there are 
larger stores (grocery and liquor),  pubs, shopping and dining.  
Moncton is 20-30 minute drive and offers full city services.  This 
is a very popular cottage area, with beaches boasting the 
warmest water north of Virginia (Grâce au courant du golfe, 
l'eau salée la plus chaude au nord de la Virginie !!!) Acadian area, 
where French is freqently spoken, but English is spoken by 
everyone.  

Nearest airport is in Moncton. Moncton's attractions include: 
Crystal Palace Amusement Park, Magic Mountain Water Theme Park, 
Magnetic Hill and Zoo, Champlain Place Shopping, and several golf 
courses.  

Yacht Club. Beaches. Sea Kayaking. Swimming. Boating. Fishing. 
Lighthouse. Shediac offers, Sandspit Amusement Park, sailing boat 
rentals, lobster and boat festivals, golf and horseback trail rides.

$700 per week with a $175 deposit.  Weekly rates only. Time can be
