quiet neighborhood.  Sleeps 6 with 1 queen bed, 1 full bed and 2 
twin beds.  The airy and newly renovated open floor plan 
includes living room, dining room and modern kitchen.  Sliding glass 
doors open onto a large deck overlooking a spacious private yard 
that borders conservation land.  Relax in the chair swing next to 
the fenced in fish pond or enjoy outdoor eating on the picnic table 
(including umbrella) with food grilled on the gas BBQ.  

Walk to downtown Chatham for a bit of shopping and dining.  For the 
outdoor enthusiasts walk to the beach at Oyster Pond, hop on the 
bike trail or utlize the town tennis courts, basketball courts and 
running track just a block away.  Upon returning home from the day's 
activities, an enclosed outdoor shower with hot water awaits.  

This home is close to everything for a fun and relaxing vacation.  
We spend our vacations at it as well and have stocked it with all 
the amenities including: dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, 
toaster, blender and lobster pot in the kitchen.  The living room 
has a DVD & VCR with movies available for your viewing.  And for 
those of you, like us, who can't live without your email, we have 
free high speed internet access.  A huge washer and dryer are in the 
basement.  

Weekly rentals during the summer are from Saturday to Saturday, with 
discounts for multiple weeks.  Summer prices are $1600 per week plus 
cleaning fee and damage waiver.  

Also keep us in mind for your fall and winter get-aways and family 
gatherings.  Off-season rates start at $160 per night (2 night 
minimum) or $950 per week.
