3rd floors - Ocean Front! Unbelievable views of the Channel Islands
and the Pier of Port Hueneme. Gated area leads you to the sand, pier,
fish market, and gorgeous sunsets.  Completely furnished and ready for
you to turn the key and enjoy.  

Master bedroom is at front of unit with ocean views, king size bed,
dressers, etc.  2nd bedroom has two twin beds. Full bathroom upstairs.
Downstairs 1/2 bath, complete laundry area, kitchen with fridge, oven,
stove, microvave, dishes, pots/pans, etc...  Dining area seats 4 -6
and the living room has sofas with full ocean viewing...or you can
turn on the tv if you must.  

Port Hueneme is located between Ventura and Malibu. The beach is
virtually yours during the week and on the weekend surfers and
fishermen fill the shore.  You can fish from the pier without a
license too! Andy's fish shop is on the shore serving fresh meals
everyday until they run out.  Travel less than 3 miles and you can be
at the Channel ISlands or Ventura Harbors for deep sea fishing
excursions, fine dining, and lots of fun Ventura County events. Or hop
of the 101 freeway and go North to Santa Barbara or South to all that
Southern California has to offer. 

$1900.00 per month = includes all the utilities.
Deposit of $1500.00 required at time of reserving your month/months.
This unit is avail for 1 to 3 month rentals at a time. 
A $100.00 registration fee for single month rentals is needed, if you
reserve for 2 or more months the fee is waived.
