This is a private home with nice size yard for a Family reunion/BBQ. 
Fully furnished, has two extra large rooms on waterfront.

Stove, refrigerator, microwave and satellite TV. Has a picnic table in yard and a grill is available upon request. Has an outside fire pit for those marshmallow/weenie roasts!

A mile from Big Lake State Park, shopping, laundry, pool, camping area. Just down the road from Squaw Creek Wildlife Refuge!

Requires a half down, non-refundable deposit by either cash or personal check. If personal or business check is used, it must have time to clear the bank before the days/weeks desired. If a weekend is desired, we consider Friday morning to Monday afternoon (4 days-3 nights) to be a weekend at $300.
