Looking for a home in the center of Carefree, decorated to suit your

share it with other Arizona visitors.

It is a wonderful get away home. Nestled among the cactus in the 
Arizona foothills. Lovingly decorated with lots of attention to 
detail and vacation in mind. You will find this house filled with 
wonderful surprises like beautiful linens, soft thirsty towels, 
great dishes and glass wear, new appliances including an extra quiet 
dishwasher, electric range with glass top, stainless steel 
refrigerator and beautiful granite countertops. The living room has 
a gas fireplace and soft leather sectional for viewing TV, DVD's.

The condo has an east-facing patio, which opens to the desert, a 
private space for morning coffee and the paper. This bright airy 
condominium has two bedrooms and two master baths. Each bedroom has 
its own full bathroom and there is a den for reading. The washer and 
dryer are full size. There is an attached 1 car garage. The shared 
pool and hot tub is just a short stroll out the front door.

There are 6 golf courses within a few miles, tennis with optional 
membership, just up the hill. Take a short drive north to Scottsdale 
shopping and dining, yet in Carefree you do not have to put up with 
the city traffic. It is a real vacation property. Time to start 
planning the 2008-2008 vacation.
