Rent this newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 full bath, Kingsbury Cabin.
This wonderful vacation rental is conveniently located in the
Stateline, Nevada side of the lake.
It is situated in one of the most upscale neighborhoods of the South
Shore of Lake Tahoe.
2 minutes drive to main casinos area and about 3 minutes drive to
either Heavenly Valley’s Nevada 
boulder lift or the gondola entrance at the Stateline California side.
The cabin boasts new hardwood floors, granite counter tops, marble
floors, stainless steel appliances and cabin theme decor. 
There are 2 large granite wood burning fireplaces. 
Parking for 2 in garage and 5 or 6 cars outside. The cabin has 3
bedrooms, 3 baths and can accommodate up to 12 people.
One bedroom has two queen beds. The second bedroom has two twin bunk
beds. 
The third bedroom/family room/loft has a sleeper sofa and log futons
to accommodate more guests.  This room has multiple uses.
Relax outside on the multi-level decks and enjoy the view of the
wildlife in the National forest that borders the front of our property.  
A New Granite topped BB-Q Island and a new Granite topped Fire-Pit
have just been installed.
They both use Natural Gas, so you never have to change a propane tank
or mess with ashes!
Soak in the 8-person gazebo covered Jacuzzi spa (hot tub). Climb up
our own private granite boulder mountain and you can view the lake.
The cabin also features an Xbox with some games, Satellite TV with a
home theater surround system,
DVD, CD, Tape and a plug to connect your MP3 player into the
high-powered stereo system.
Have fun playing a game of eight ball on a beautiful brand new pool
table in the game room.
A computer with high-speed Internet access is available for use, as is
high-speed wireless access if you prefer to use your own laptop.

RESERVATIONS:  At the time of making a reservation, a deposit of  25%
of the total amount due is required to confirm your reservation.  The
balance (Total due above) must be received 21 days prior before the
arrival (If dates booked are within 21-day period, entire balance due
prior to confirmation of booking).
 
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be in writing and received by
owner of premises. In case of cancellations, no refund of rents paid
will be made until the canceled period is re-rented and confirmed. If
the unit is not re-rented, all rents paid, processing fees and taxes
shall be forfeited as damages. If the canceled period is re-rented,
any rent paid will be refunded less a $50 administrative fee. There
are no cancellations for Holiday reservations or cancellations due to
weather conditions, all deposits will be forfeited.  NO refunds due to
weather, road condition, change of plans, not being able to find the
cabin, or early departures.  During your winter visit, stay tuned to
TV/Radio/Weather stations for storm warnings or watches.  Depending on
the severity of the storms and your location, it is your
responsibility to take necessary precautions.  We are not responsible
for damages incurred due to weather or cost to evacuate your family or
vehicles..
 
CHECK-IN is 3:00 P.M. and CHECK-OUT is 11:00 A.M.   Within 10 days
prior to your arrival, you will be notified of the Omnilock code to
open door.
