 Description  


The Sint Maarten Sea Palace has just 32 apartments and is located on 
Great Bay Beach in Philipsburg. The apartment has a large bedroom 
with queen bed and two sleeper sofa's in the living room. There is a 
full kitchen with all necessary appliances and eating utensils. The 
apartment has air conditioning, cable television, and a partial 
ocean view.

 Amenities 

 

The Resort furnishes beach chairs,unbrellas,and towels for sun 
bathing comfort.

 Attractions 

 

The resort is within walking distance of restaurants, casinos, and a 
great variety of stores that offer duty free shopping. Jewelry and 
electronics are especially abundant.

 Rates 

 


Weekly rate is $1150.00 USD.Not available as a nightly rental. Check 
in is Saturday Feb 23-March 1 or March 1-8, 2009. Both weeks can be 
rented together for $2200.
Payment is accepted throgh Paypal or by cashier's check.A $35.00 
weekly utility fee is the responsibility of the renter. There is 
also a $50 weekly government tax that is also the responsibility of 
the renter.
