Cottages are available in the Resort Community of 
The Hollows on Lake Travis. These homes are fully furnished 
including kitchen housewares as well as bed & bath linens.  
Additional amenities include: Hill Country views, televisions, 
cable, DVD player, microwave, AC & ceiling fans, washer/dryer, 
dishwasher, and huge outdoor living areas with grills & fireplaces. 

Our homes are ideal for corporate outings, family getaways and 
reunions as most of the homes are adjacent to each other. 

Fantastic amenities include the Beach Club with grotto pools, hot 
tubs, zero entry kiddie pools; The Beach Club Grill; the deep-water 
award winning marina; miles of hiking trails; Smokehouses; and 
Kayak Clubs. 

Your vacation home rental includes access to our great events which 
include wine receptions, "Dive-In Movies", organized kid events, 
cooking demonstrations, poolside entertainment, and so much more. 

Located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, The Hollows resort 
community encompasses all that this area offers.  Whether you are an 
avid boater, a nature enthusiast or a poolside lounger.  Our 
Acitivites staff will lead you through the miles of hiking trails or 
take you on a kayak tour of the Northshore.  The Hollows also offers 
poolside dining at its best.  Enjoy some local favorites including 
the Beach Club Burger or the yummy Trailhead Salad.

Cleaning Fee: $100 departure cleaning fee

Deposits:  50% of stay for rentals less than 60 days, 1st month for 
rentals of 2 months to 1 year.

Cancelations: 7 days for rentals of less than 1 month, and 2 weeks 
for rentals of 1 month or longer.

Rates includes access to The Hollows amenities, on-site front desk 
staff, concierge services, and parking
