Villa Zara is perhaps the most opulent home on the northern coast of 
Grand Cayman. With 4 bedrooms, this private home sleeps 8 adults + 
children. The villa comes with daily maid service, limited chef 
services, a spectacular private white sandy beach, infinity pool and 
Jacuzzi, luscious gardens, etc.  Located at the entrance to the 
exclusive resort community of Cayman Kai, Villa Zara features 
European antique furnishings, a gourmet kitchen, a 10-person formal 
dining seating, study, marble floors, and on-site caretakers.

Cable TV, internet access, pool/Jacuzzi, private beach, piped music 
to the exterior, large back patio equipped with BBQ grille and 
cooking facilities outdoors, car service if required, limited chef 
service and maid/concierge service.

A few minutes drive to Rum Point Club for watersports, casual beach 
dining, volleyball. Similar distance to the Kaibo Yacht Club 
Restaurant/Bar and Marina. A 10 minite drive to the Queen Elizabeth 
II Botanic Park, another 5-10 minutes to many restaurants in the 
traditional districts of North Side or East End.  A 45 minute dirve 
to the capital of George Town which is a cosmopolitan flair of 
banks, duty-free shops and restaurants, and a further 20 minutes to 
West Bay past the famed Seven Mile Beach area (busy with hotels and 
tourists) to Boatswain's Beach - the island's newest attraction and 
green sea turtle farm. Other attractions in the area include the 
Butterfly Farm, HELL and scenic routes and drives.

Cancellations:
Fully refundable minus an administrative fee if cancelled prior to 6 
weeks to the arrival date.
If cancelled within this time, a penalty of 2 nights rental plus the 
administrative fee will be charged.
Guests may also opt to apply the deposit to an alternative date if 
they have to cancel with no penalty.
