Next door to the neighbouring Kaibo Yacht Club Restaurant/Bar and 
Marina & gift shop; within a 10 minute walk to Rum Point Club for 
alternative beach activities, water sports such as scuba diving, 
glass bottom boat trips, Stingray City trips, and alternative bar 
facilities. A 10 minute drive to the Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park 
in North Side or the Mastic Trail (a hiking trail for nature 
lovers). 10-15 minutes drive to North Side or East End and guests 
can find traditional Caymanian style restaurants; snorkel and dive

50% deposit required to reserve the unit, balance due before arrival.
Major credit card required for secuity/damage hold.
Cancellations:
Fully refundable minus an administrative fee if cancelled prior to 6 
weeks to the arrival date.
If cancelled within this time, a penalty of 2 nights rental plus the 
administrative fee will be charged.
Guests may also opt to apply the deposit to an alternative date if 
they have to cancel with no penalty.
