Our well maintained unit is located in Water Pointe II.  Water Pointe
II is a 54 unit oceanfront condominium in the Windy Hill Section of
North Myrtle Beach.  This condominium has many ocean front amenities
which include an indoor and outdoor pool, Jacuzzi and a sun deck. 
Within the past several years, Water Pointe II has accomplished
several renovation projects and the property is in excellent condition.

Our unit is on the second floor of a 10 story building, #204 It is
just a short hop on one of the two elevators. No long rides with all
those stops to the higher floors! No walks to another part of the
building or coins needed to do laundry.  We have a full size washer
and dryer in the unit.   

Our unit is considered ocean view because it looks out over the indoor
pool roof. The balcony is screened in for your protection. We realize
this view may not be for everyone. We want all renters to be aware of
the view (see photo's #8, 21, 22, and 23). This is why our rates are
lower than any other 3 bedroom high-rise on the beach. Take advantage
of these unbelievable rates for a 3 bedroom condo on the beach with a
heated indoor pool. Remember you are just steps from the wide beach
and fun waves.  To top it all off our rates include linens for all
beds, high quality towels and departure cleaning!

$500 Thanksgiving week or $125 per night 3 night minimum

Weekly rentals only June, July and August (Sat - Sat only).
Nightly rate is $125 with a 3 night minimum.
See my calendar of availability, I do try to keep it current but it
does not hurt to ask.

Money Matters... An Initial Payment equal to 50% of your total rental,
a signed Rental Agreement form and a copy of a current drivers license
is required within one week of reserving. If this payment is not
received, your reservation will be canceled. We will email you the
Rental Agreement form for you to print. Your balance plus a $150
security deposit is due at least one month prior to your arrival.
Personal checks are accepted if received at least a month prior to
your arrival. If less than one month before arrival 100% of your total
rental plus $150 security deposit, is due within one week of
reserving. Payment must be by money order or cashier's check only.
Upon receipt of payments, we will send email confirmation
acknowledging your vacation reservation. A security deposit of $150
is required with all rentals. The security deposit can be use to cover
the cost of any telephone charges; lost keys; extra cleaning;
unreported damages; replacement or repair of damaged or missing items.
The security deposit will be returned within 30 days of receiving all
keys to the unit, less any amounts withheld. The Guests liability is
not limited to the amount of the security deposit.

Departure Cleaning... Is included with your reservation; however,
prior to your departure, we ask you to (1) remove all items from the
freezer and refrigerator; (2) run the dishwasher and return all items
to their original place; (3) carry out all trash; (4) close and lock
all windows and doors, leaving the property in a secure and orderly
condition. A cleaning service will take care of the heavy cleaning and
the rest.

Policies
• Non-smoking Unit: We want to provide a smoke-free environment for
our guests. Please do not smoke inside the unit. 
• Occupancy: Families or adults over 25 only. Maximum occupancy is
6 adults, 8 persons. 
• Summer season: Weekly rentals only. Sat. - Sat. check in 3PM,
check out by 10AM. 
• Pets: Are not allowed due to HOA rules. 
• Parking: Limited to 2 vehicles, permits will be sent. No
motorcycles, trailers or recreational vehicles allowed. 
• Cancellations: Refund of deposit and rent will be made if
reservation canceled at least 30 days before arrival. Otherwise no
refund unless unit can be rented; if rented for less than your rate,
difference will be deducted from your refund. All refunds subject to
$50 cancellation fee.
