5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and sleeps 12-14
 
Come on in and you will find the living room with gas fireplace and 
television, dining room, sitting area, kitchen and powder room,first 
floor master bedroom with king bed and private bath,  summer flower 
room with king bed which can convert to be two twin beds, and the 
tropical room with a queen bed. These two bedrooms share a bath.
 
On the second floor is a loft area with 2 queen sofa beds and 
television,beach room with a king bed, and the dorm room with 2 
pyramid bunks (single on top and full bed on bottom), and a full bath.

Golf at Bayside Golf Resort - this Jack Nicklaus signature course was 
nominated by Golf Digest as "best new regional course" - by staying at 
our home you can get reduced greens fees and preferred tee times.
 
Walk to Sun Ridge Center for the outdoor pool, whirlpool, children's 
splash zone,snack bar, tennis courts and fitness center, and 
playground.
 
Beach shuttle is conveniently located in the community and operates 
during the summer season to the Fenwick Island beach just 4 miles down 
the road
 
So whether you want to be on the go or you want to sit and take in sun 
and surf this is the place to be. Come relax and enjoy - this vacation 
spot can be what you want it to be.

Game room at house has pool table, tennis table top, acrade with 12 
games, Foosball.  All rooms have TV.  42" Plasma in Living Room.  Loft 
has large LCD TV with X-Box and Karaoke.

Nearby you can find miniature golf, amusement parks, fishing, wildlife 
viewing, family and fine dining restaurants, cinemas, sightseeing, 
swimming, boating, sailing, waterskiing, surfing, windsurfing, 
parasailing, jet skiing, shelling, and great shopping, including the 
Ocean City outlets and Delaware outlets (no sales tax).
 
Bring your bicycles for a ride in the community or venture out to 
Route 1 and join joggers and other cyclists for a ride
 
Ocean City, Bethany Beach, Dewey Beach and Rehoboth are not far and 
have fun to offer. You will want to check out the local newspapers for 
what is going on and when. Most have free seasonal summer concerts and 
they are always wonderful. Find out when and where there are polar 
bear plunges in the ocean in January, Halloween chunkin punkin event, 
parades for St. Patrick's Day, 4th of July, Halloween, car shows, boat 
shows, antique shows and there is always walking on the boardwalks or 
the beach.
