enjoyed from the 3rd floor of this ocean side home. Located in the
private community of Sanderling, you’ll enjoy community pool, tennis
and walking paths. Level 1: 2 Outside showers, charcoal grill,
enclosed foyer/entry at parking level. Level 2: Laundry facilities, 2
Queen Master Bedrooms, Bedroom w/ 2 Singles, full hall bath, Bedroom
with 2 Bunk Sets. Level 3: Great room with vaulted ceiling, gas
fireplace, and TV/VCR/Stereo w/CD; well equipped kitchen with
breakfast/wet bar and separate icemaker; dining area, sitting room
w/TV/VCR/DVD, and half bath.
Special features include: high speed wireless internet (bring your
own computer), games, puzzles, video library (DVD and VHS), crib and
high chair,
Bedding: 2 queen, 2 twins, 2 sets of bunks. Linens provided, beds
made.
The Beach (Comments from a renter):
"Nothing can compare to the beach! You are one house off the beach.
From the top deck, I could throw a baseball to the stairs that go
over the dune to the umbrella. For those that can't throw, it was an
easy 9 iron to get in the ocean.The sand is so white. The waves are
awesome! And, the best part is that is NO ONE AROUND YOU! We may have
had 20 people that we could see."
Sanderling Neighborhood:
This lovely and scenic area is a dedicated bird sanctuary, affording
the wildlife enthusiast the ideal location for bird watching via the
many nature trails and lagoon situated throughout the neighborhood.
This neighborhood is situated on one of the narrowest parts of the
island allowing for the easy access to the sparsely populated
beaches.
