Chalet Quietude is a cabin nestled in the quiet woods of the Blue 
Ridge Mountains on 3 acres with a view. It's an easy drive (15 
minutes) to and from Asheville, North Carolina. Directions to the 
cabin are simple and once you're there, you’ll find it secluded and 
quiet. The grounds are gently landscaped so as not to intrude on 
nature. 

The chalet-styled cabin is comfortable and cozy, newly renovated and 
decorated. Plenty of windows to view the natural beauty of the 
surrounding forest. A wood burning fireplace sits proudly in the 
living area ready to create the beauty and warmth for your winter 
vacation with us.

The furnishings were all chosen to provide the utmost in comfort and 
relaxation. The euro-styled pillow-top mattresses are luxurious and 
the bed linens are high quality and white for cleanliness. Pillow 
protectors cover the goose down pillows which are hypo-allergenic. 
We 
do have a couple of extra non-feather pillows just in case.

The galley-style kitchen is arranged for family cooking, 
conversation 
and eating with the dining counter built around the cooking range. 
All the conveniences of home are here from garlic press and wine 
opener to wooden salad bowel, baking dishes and stainless steel 
cookware; all for you to make your favorite home-style meal or your 
finest in gourmet cooking.

Minimum Stay Requirements:

Two-night minimum:  Jan 5 through May 31 and November 1 through 
December 20(exception: Thanksgiving). 

Three-night minimum: June 1 through October 31 

Four-night minimum: Thanksgiving week beginning Wednesday through 
Sunday and Christmas week beginning December 21 through the New Year 
to January 4. 

One-night may be booked if within two weeks of date required.  A 
rate of $275 for the night plus $400 deposit, and cleaning fee of 
$85.  Additional fees & taxes may apply.

Rates:

$225 per night (2-3 nights)

$215 per night for 4-6 nights

$1,395 Weekly (7 nights) and any additional nights $185 beyond the 
first 7 nights rental.

$2500 Two Weeks (14 nights)

$4,500 Monthly (4 weeks)
