This contemporary home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus a large 
outside shower.  We are located less than 50 feet from one of the 
nicest beaches on the east coast in the Chadwick Beach section of 
Lavallette.   

The house has central air conditioning, ceiling fans in all bedrooms 
and living room, wall-to-wall carpeting, broadband internet access 
with (Wifi) wireless internet access and a large second 
floor balcony accessible from 2 bedrooms. Enjoy the sounds of the 
ocean and ocean views from the oversized balcony!!

Fully equipped kitchen including cooking utensils, cutlery, dinner & 
glassware, wine glasses, microwave, toaster, coffee maker,  blender 
and dishwasher. You must supply your own linens and towels. 

Sleeps up to 12 people as follows:

Bdrm 2: Queen Bed;
Bdrm 3: 1 bunk (twin top bunk & double futon bottom bunk);
Bdrm 4: 2 Twin beds and 1 Twin Size Trundle bed;

-All summer rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. 
-Check in at 2:00PM and check out by 11:00 AM.
