New Mercies Townhouse is in the heart of the exclusive Windsor Hills
resort community, less than 2.5 miles (5 minutes drive) from Walt
Disney World in Kissimmee, Florida. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms,
this stylish and spacious, end-row vacation town-home with spa pool
is perfect for family groups, sleeping up to 8 guests.
New Mercies Townhouse has a spacious family room to relax in during
the day or evening, with upscale window treatments, sumptuous
contemporary-style sofa and love seat, a large screen TV, VCR, DVD
and stereo system - so you can watch your favorite movie, or listen
to the music that you love (you'll have to bring it!). All rooms in
New Mercies Townhouse have ceiling fans for your extra comfort.
Want to have some private-time in the pool?...our sparkling heated
pool and combination spa has privacy walls to the side. Or choose to
sit and relax in the warm Florida sun on the deck as you look out to
the conservation area behind. The pool area is provided with a
removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants
should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have
been provided with additional safety locks and switch-able alarms.
Sleeping accommodation at New Mercies Townhouse includes a master
bedroom with a King-size bed upstairs, TV with DVD and VCR, night-
stand with lamp, clock/radio/alarm and telephone, dresser and closet
space. There's a master bathroom for privacy, with vanity unit,
shower, bath and toilet. A further bedroom provides a queen-size bed,
night-stand and dresser, with cable TV, DVD player and VCR, plus a
master bedroom suite, with vanity, bath/shower and toilet. There's a
third spacious bedroom with 2 twin beds, night-stand, closet and
dresser with cable TV and PlayStation games console/DVD player, plus
shared family bathroom. Finally, the sofa in the family room can be
converted to a queen-size sleeper/sofa as required.
The bright and airy kitchen has been fully equipped with everything
that you could need for that quick snack, or a fabulous meal for two -
or even a family feast. Eat together as a family at our dining area
and talk about the days excitement at the parks and attractions of
Orlando, or enjoy time together at the breakfast bar as meals are
prepared.
Arrival time is 4 PM, with departure by 10 AM on your last day.
Please note that we request no smoking in our townhouse, and that we
cannot accommodate pets.

Please note that trucks, commercial vehicles, campers, mobile homes,
recreational vehicles, motor homes, house trailers, trailers of every
other description, boats, jet skis (or other similar watercraft) boat
and other watercraft trailers, horse trailers or vans shall not be
permitted to be parked or to be stored at any place on the property.
