Our lovely duplex is located on a quiet street one and a half blocks
from a life guard protected ocean beach with a pavilion for shading
yourself, if desired.  Our beach is wheel-chair accessible.  

We have plenty of parking in front of our home as well as 2 driveways;
one for the first floor, and one for the second floor.  The second
floor is not rented to tenants - it is used by the owner when we are
there, and this can be of a benefit to you as we are well-supplied and
can assist with any of your needs.

We have two open covered porches - one in the front and one in the
rear out the kitchen door.  The living room is very spacious, and we
have seating at the dining room table to fit 6 people.  The living
consists of two sofa beds - one queen size and one full size.  there
is also a chair, which allows for a total sitting area in the living
room for 6 people.  If you have company, more can fit by using a
couple dining room chairs, etc.  

Living room - 2 new comfy sofa beds, 1 comfy chair - DVD player - VCR
player - TV with cable  There are over 14 feet of continuous windows
in the living room allowing for a lot of light.  

Dining room - Table with 6 chairs, built-in bookcases loaded with
books for reading at the beach.  Window air condition and ceiling fan.
 The new remote-controlled air conditioner cools the living room /
dining room and kitchen quietly and comfortably.

Kitchen - refrigerator - electric stove - sink - microwave - coffee
pot - crock pot - pots - pans - Pfaltzgraft dishes - matching cups,
saucers, glassware  - juice containers - microwave cookware - all
utensils - dishware - coffeemaker with filters - dish towels -  bowls
- dish soap (no dishwasher in kitchen) - Just bring your paper towels,
and you'll have everything you need.

Front bedroom - King bed or 2 singles - we supply king mattress pad,
sheets and pillows as well as pillow cases.  You can use the beds as
either one king, or 2 singles.  Single sheets are the responsibility
of the tenants.  We do supply the single bed bedspreads.  Bureau - two
end tables and 3 lamps in the room - ceiling fan and window air
conditioner.  Adequate closet space provided.

Back bedroom - King bed or 2 singles - same sheet situation as the
front bedroom.  Room also has a ceiling fan and window air
conditioner.  Adequate closet space provided.

Hall - Coat closet with 2 vacuum cleaners, ironing board, new
automatic-off iron.

Linen closet in hall - Extra mattress pads, extra bedspreads, toilet
paper, and extra supplies

Bathroom - Sink, toilet, and tub with shower.  

Back yard - large fenced-in back yard.

Front and Back porches - Porch furniture and plastic flooring instead
of wood (no splinters!)

96th Street tourist shopping area is walking distance from home.  The
Cape May County zoo is approx 3 miles from our home - Wildwood, NJ is
approximately 6 or 7 miles away - Cape May is approximately 15 to 20

Our weekly rates run from $600 to $1,550 per week; with July and
August being our prime months.
