Come enjoy beautiful Chute Pond. This 413 acre lake offers
everything: great fishing, a beautiful sand bar and jumping rock
where you can swim, or just relax in the sun. The lake is very
uncrowded with much of the shoreline being Nicolet National Forest.
People who like people will enjoy this property which is part of a 25
unit mobile home park with bar-restaurant. While quite during the
week, the weekend bring vacationers to the docks so watch, interact
and enjoy. We're Wisconsin friendly so leave your suit and tie at
home but bring your positive attitude and jeans. Comparatively
speaking, we are not a Yugo or a Cadillac, just a Chevy/Ford kind of
place.
Enjoy the interacting with friendly tenants (from 4 to 104 years
young) that come down to use their private boats or fish off of the
docks. Gorgeous view of the water and a small row fishing boat is
included. Nearly new rental Pontoon boat also available to fish, swim
or visit other Wisconsin style food and imbibing places. If your from
a big city, the modest prices will shock you.
