If you are looking for a sleepy riverfront vacation that is central 
to many main attractions with great lodging and good fishing seek no 
further! All our tastefully furnished log cabins and cottages are 
located on the edge of the Menominee River Boundary Waters that 
allow the use of a Michigan or Wisconsin fishing license.

Enjoy the relaxing feeling of a cozy cabin while you watch the river 
slowly tumble by. Many of the structures were hand built over 60 
years ago and have continually been updated with today’s 
conveniences. There are one, two and three bedroom units to 
accommodate either the large or small family.

Edgewater Log Cabin Resort is centrally located in the Upper 
Peninsula of Michigan, just three miles north of Iron Mountain. We 
are on the shores of the Menominee River Boundary Waters which are 
formed by the Paint, Fence, Michigamme, Brule and Paint Rivers. 
Cowboy Lake is also accessible from the flowage. The beauty of the 
river is breathtaking. As you relax you may see deer come down to 
the waters edge to drink, or eagles cruising overhead. Mink, otter 
and beaver also play along the river. 

All cabins include linens, fully equipped kitchens, individual heat, 
cable TV / DVD, outside barbecue, laundry facilities, firepit, and, 
of course, your own boat and dock slip. Outboard motors are 
available or you can bring your own and put it on our boat. You can 
always bring your own boat and use our docks at no charge. A 
playground and wading beach are available for the children.

 Iron Mountain has much to offer for your entertainment. Multiple 
Golf Courses, Museums, Whitewater Rafting,Pontoon Rentals, 
Canoe Outfitter, Waterfalls, Horseback Riding, Sightseeing, Bowling, 
Parks, Restaurants, and Antiquing are just some of the activities 
that may keep you busy. 

2008 Cabin Rates
The One Bed Cabins are comfortable and economical with a rivers 
view. There is a queen size bed, kitchen, bathroom, cable/DVD, 
rocker and eating area. It is the perfect getaway for two people.  
$465 week / $89 Night

The Two Bed Log Cabins are just what you would need for the slightly 
larger group. A rear open porch facing the river has a rear yard 
with barbeque and lawn furniture. There are two double beds, 
kitchen, bathroom, cable/DVD, sofa, and roomier eating area. 
Excellent for the average group of four. $$485 week/ $$91 night

The Two Bedroom Log Cabins are the perfect choice if you want a 
touch of privacy and a great get together spot at the same time. 
There are two bedrooms, equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room with 
cable/DVD, sofa, and dining area. $565 Week / $110 Day.

The Three Bed Cabin is roomy with one double bed in one bedroon and 
a double and a twin in the other. Perfect for a family of 5. 
Includes kitchen, bathroom,living room with cable/DVD, sofa, and 
dining area. $590 Week / $120 Day.

The Three Bedroom Cabin with a Fireplace is our largest cabin.  This 
cabin has extra room! There are three bedrooms with a double bed in 
each one, a great kitchen and dining area, nice bathroom and living 
room with cable/DVD and sofas. Great for friends and families. This 
will easily accommodate a family of 6. $680 week/ $165 day
