We have a beautiful 2BR, 2Bth Condo just 4 units from the oceanfront 
with a beautiful view of the ocean right from your front door-steps 
to the beach! In this newly refurbished oceanfront condo resort 
(2006) there are 2 assigned parking spaces, 2 heated pools, numerous 
sundecks, grills, elevator, laundry facilities and more in the 
complex. There is on-site management for your convenience.

The unit itself has 2BR with 2 queen sized beds, and an optional 
chairbed in one BR, 2 full sized futons in LR to sleep 8 total. 
There are 2 Baths; 1 with tub and 1 with full sized shower, fully 
equipped apt sized kitchen, 3 tvs, expanded cable, dvd, vcrs & more 
in a just freshly painted and decorated since last summer!  Great 
place for a large family, or two families vacationing together.

Historic Cape May is just a short 3-mile ride along the water away, 
the famous 5-mile boardwalk is approx a mile away, with a quaint 
trolley that passes in front of the building regualarly to take you 
there and back if you wish. The beach is steps away! Bike riding, 
mini golf, and much more right in the area. Atlantic City is approx 
45 min away for alternate nightlife! The Cape May County Zoo is 
terrific and just a short drive away.  There is tons to do, you 
won't be bored!

The summer is rented, although we have some deals in September. Sept 
1 through Sept 7 (6 nights) for $1000, include 2 holiday weekend 
nights and then 4 days to unwind after the crowds leave. Or Sept 3-7 
94 nights) for $600.  Heated pools open until Sept 30, great time of 
year, restaurants, shops, boardwalk still open and the weather is 
great! Sept 18-30 open for $110/night (Mon-Thurs) & $125/night (Fri-
Sun) We also have more lower discounted rates in the October!
