This is my family’s personal beach home, offering everything  you’ll 
need to thoroughly enjoy your time at the beach!  … 12 lightweight 
beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler on wheels (holds 110 drinks 
plus ice) Oversized Custom Thermos Spa w/ double wave bed… 
Refreshing enjoyment when set at cooler temperatures & Therapeutic 
Relaxation at higher temps, lots of beach toys, including masks, 
fins, snorkels, buckets, shovels, volley ball, floating devices, 
body boards, surf board & much more, tennis rackets, badminton 
rackets, a set of roller blades, lots of books, board games, cards, 
arts & craft supplies & many things to occupy  your time.  Our goal 
is for you to feel this is your family’s home away from home and you 
are welcome to use any items you find throughout the home.

Many of the local restaurants offer an outside swimming pool, where 
guests can go to enjoy drinks and/or food while utilizing the pool 
and Cocoa Beach offers a public swimming pool on Minuteman Causeway 
next to the golf course.  Of Course the Atlantic Ocean is a pool of 
natural fun in the sun!

Bedroom 1  has two double beds, a 60” HD LCD Projector TV and a 
balcony with table & chairs . (Located Upstairs)

Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a sleeper sofa, with a TV (Located 
Upstairs)

Bedroom 3 has a double bed with a TV and a nook with table & chairs 
for playing games or relaxing. (Located Upstairs)

There is a separate nook with a table, chairs, books, board games, 
art supplies. (Located upstairs)

Bedroom 4 has a double bed and is right off of the large screen room 
with an oversized custom ThermoSpa, grill, 2 tables & chairs. 
(Located downstairs)
