Built in 2001 with 151 feet of lake frontage, 1.4 acres! Very private 
and peaceful, yet close to many area attractions. Large dock with 
whips for your boat.

Luxury, family friendly, waterfront home on Long Lake. Lake views 
from all three floors! Four bedrooms, TWO FULL GOURMET KITCHENS, one 
on the main floor and one on the lower level.

The lower level also has it's own queen-size bedroom and separate 
bath, making it perfect for an in-law suite. The main floor living 
room has cathedral ceilings and a gas fireplace. On the opposite side 
of the two sided fireplace is a cozy sun room. 

Enjoy the lake views from the deck off the main floor. The master 
bedroom suite is located on the main floor. A very spacious bedroom 
opens up into a private luxury bathroom through french doors. There 
is a whirlpool tub to relax you and a separate dual head shower.

The top floor features two additional bedrooms. The largest bedroom 
has a queen-size bed and a double futon, and could easily fit two 
large air mattress. The other bedroom has a double bed. The top floor 
also has its own loft sitting area, with its own television...perfect 
for privacy for the adults or an entertainment area for the children! 

We have three queen size air mattresses for added sleeping 
accommodations. 

Our smoke-free home is situated on a hill overlooking Long Lake. We 
have a beautifully sculpted path down to the lake, accessible through 
the full walk out bottom floor. 

We are located at the widest part of the lake, with expansive views 
and great fishing! Fish right off our huge dock! Step right off the 
dock into shallow water, great swimming! 

Long Lake connects to Sebago for day long boating adventures! 

ABOUT LONG LAKE:
Long Lake is one of the lakes in the Sebago Lake chain.  It is 11 
miles long and 1 mile wide at it's widest point.  Naples, at it's 
southerly end has a busy causeway with shops, restaurants, and water 
activities.  Naples is about a 7 minute drive by car or about a 5 
mile boat ride.

FISHING:  Salmon, Brown & Brook Trout, Bass, and Perch

Our house is located on the perfect part of the lake - right in the 
middle!

  
  HOUSE TOUR:

Our house tour begins on the main floor.  Drive down the long, 
private drive, and step into the back foyer.  You'll come to our 
large open main floor plan.  The oversized kitchen with huge island 
connects to both the main living room and dining area.  The living 
room has vaulted ceilings with large picture windows to let in plenty 
of light and offer you perfect views of the lake!

The large gas marble and wood fireplace creates a cozy and warm 
environment after a day of skiing.  The fireplace is double sided, so 
both the main living room and the sun room can enjoy it. 

Our kitchen is stocked with high end appliances and cooking 
utensils...perfect for the chef in the family!

The island is also a breakfast bar, great for quick snacks.

The dining area has a large table and room for 8.
The next room on the tour is the bright and cheery sunroom.  The 
sunroom is just off the kitchen/dining area.  It's the perfect place 
to enjoy a fire and read the newspaper or a great book!At the other 
end of the house, on the main floor, is the master bedroom suite.  
The spacious bedroom, complete with top of the line mattress and 
bedding, is a wonderfully relaxing area.  There is a TV, DVD player & 
VCR (not pictured).  The bedroom connects to the private luxury bath 
via french doors.  There is a large whirlpool tub and a separate dual 
head shower...the pefect place to unwind after a long day! A 
Luxurious master bedroom suite.  
    
  
  HEADING UPSTAIRS TO THE THIRD FLOOR:

As you head up the stairs to the upper floor, you are greeted by a 
Maine themed loft sitting area, complete with TV, DVD player & VCR.  
This is a great addition for those who can't decide whether to watch 
TV or read - there's an area for everyone!  This area is also perfect 
for the kids - their own entertainment area!  
  
 
The larger of the two bedrooms on the third floor consists of a queen 
size bed and a futon.  You can also fit an air mattress.  There is a 
TV in this bedroom as well.

The second bedroom on this floor has a double bed.  Both bedrooms 
have ample closet space. 

There is a full bathroom on this floor as well.   
  
 
   
  THE BOTTOM FLOOR:

The bottom floor of our house is truly unique.  It has it's own 
kitchen, living area, and bedroom.  The kitchen is a full gourmet 
kitchen, making this a perfect area for an in-law suite.

The sitting area has a 42 inch plasma satallite TV.

There is also a walkout to the lake on the bottom floor.  
  
The last room on the tour is the bottom floor bedroom.  This bedroom 
is super private, with a queen size bed and wicker furniture.
