This vacation rental is one of three units which form the Teocalli Mt. 
House. The unit features an outdoor hot tub, master bath jacuzzi and 
steam room. You may choose either the 3 bedrooms and 3 bath set-up (6 
person max) or the 4 bedroom and 4 bath set up (8 person max). 
Boasting five decks and fantastic views- this is a true mountain home! 
No need for an automobile, this home is conveniently located within 
walking distance (one block) to the free ski shuttle and easy access to 
Crested Butte. 

The kitchen and dining room have slate floors and marble countertops. An 
oak dining table and large breakfast/dry bar are added features to this 
rental. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and gas 
range. A washer and dryer are located in a separate utility area which 
leads to the 2nd floor deck.
The living room has vaulted ceilings and dramatic views of the Elk 
Mountains along with a cozy cast iron stove. 
The den offers a large TV with VCR and CD stereo for your entertainment. 
The master bedroom is located on the 3rd floor with a king size bed, 
sitting area with sofa, tv, telephone, 
private deck and a spectacular view of Mt. Crested Butte.

Booking and cancellation conditions

50% deposit. The balance is due 50 days prior to arrival date. During 
holiday periods we require full payment on booking.

For cancellations before 120 days prior to arrival there will be a 50% 
of initial deposit cancellation fee. 

For cancellations between 120 & 45 days prior to arrival there will be a 
100% of initial deposit cancellation fee. 

For cancellations after 45 days prior to arrival there will be a 100% 
cancellation fee.  

Please ensure that you have accident, travel, cancellation insurance and 
repatriation insurance if needed.  If you would like a recommendation, 
we can give you phone numbers of several insurance companies.
