BEACH ACCESS. Sleeps three adults comfortably, or a family of four 
(2 adults two small children - sleeping arrangements are a Queensize 
bed and a single futon). Approx 325sq.ft total. Newly remodeled and 
very clean. Private courtyard to entrance and private parking for 
two vehicles. Just park-up and relax......

The efficiency has a eat-in kitchen and all the appliances you'll 
need: Refrigerator, microwave, crockpot, toaster oven, as well as 
chinaware, silverware, glassware etc. The courtyard has additional 
seating/dining space and a BBQ. FREE WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS , 
CD/DVD player and TV. 
Fresh linens provided . Laundry service available for a small fee. 

  

Seconds from the Beach with excellent surfing and fishing. Walking 
distance to many restaurants, the post office, fitness club and 
stores. Port Canaveral with it's cruise ships, charter fishing and 
gambling boats, is only a 10 minute drive away. Several golf courses 
are also within a short driving distance. Time your vacation right 
and you have a front row seat to view Space Shuttle and military 
rocket launches. ORLANDO is only 45 minutes by car, DISNEY WORLD is 
less than an hour.
