Our charming farmhouse is located on a quiet backroad betwenn 
Eggemoggin Reach, well known as sailor's paradise and Walker Pond
both accessable. The house has four large bedrooms with either queen 
or full size beds and 3 1/2 bathrooms. The spacious livingroom has 
an open fireplace and the french doors are leading to a Concord 
grapevine coverd patio. Diningroom, kitchen and laundryroom are at 
the same level. The most loved room in summer is the glassed in, 
wrap around porch for a sunny breakfast or afternoon tea. The 2 acre
fenced in backyard with a frog pond is an ideal playground for 
children and pets.

It is impossible to name all the activities, here a few:
all kinds of watersport like kayaking, waterski, sailing, fishing,
power boat rides, Windjammer rides, Lobsterboat rides.
Hiking the well maintaind unspoiled nature trails, ride a bike or 
horse. Browse the art galleries and craft shops of nearby picturess
Blue Hill, visit the historic homes of Castine or take a trip to
unique Stonington, a working fishermen comunity.
Arcadia National Park with all attractions is about 1 hour from our 
door.

Foliage    Okt  1st through 15th 2007        $ 1200/week

Off season please inquire for special weekend rates.

A cleaning fee of $ 150 comes in addition.
In order to hold a reservation a 50 % deposit is required, which is
refundable in full 6 weeks prior the arrival.
The other half of th balance is due upon arrival.
