This lovely 3 Bedroom house is directly on Pontoosuc Lake in the 
beautiful Berkshires. It is an antique 2 story year round home with 
3 bedrooms, a loft area, 2 bathrooms, a dining room, living room and 
kitchen. But the best part is that there are three enclosed porches. 
One of the porches goes across the entire back of the house and 
overlooks the lake. 

Here is a listing of the specific amenities: The kitchen is 
modernized and fully equiped with all the utensils you would need. 
Sheets, towels and comforters are provided or you can bring your 
own. 
Dining room table seats 8 people. 
The downstairs bathroom has a shower stall and the upstairs bathroom 
has an oversized tub. 
All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. 
Master bedroom has a queen bed, closet and bureau. 
Second bedroom has a full size bed, bureau and has one of the 
enclosed porches off it. 
Third bedroom has two twin trundle beds, desk, bureau and closet. 
There is loft area on the 2nd floor with room for sitting and 
reading or camping out on the floor and another enclosed porch off 
of it which overlooks the lake. 
Next to the house is a small beach area for swimming. An L shaped 
dock is added on the property in the summer where you can dock a 
motor boat, canoe or row boat. The lake water at the beach and at 
the dock is very clean. 

The house is comfortably furnished and very family freindly. It is 
at the end of a dead end street. There are amazing sunsets and calm 
clear mornings. The summer is just beautiful here. 

Lanesboro is centrally located midway between Lenox and 
Williamstown. Each town is about 20 minutes away. Jacobs Pillow 
is about 30 minutes away. Jimminy Peak is 15 minutes away.  Food 
stores, the Berkshire Mall, restaurants, golf and summer fun 
activities are all close by. 

$12000 for the summer season from Memorial Day to Labor Day. We are 
only renting for the full summer season and not on a weekly or 
monthly basis. Year round or winter rentals will also be considered.
