of the mountains and coast, a gazebo & hammocked day lounge on the
cliffside, 2 seakayaks, gardens--plus, live-out staff (cook,

airfare discounts also available.

Walk or mountain bike back-country roads with virtually no traffic
(save cattle, egrets, John Crow, prize Nubians and a 'donkey lady'
or two). Explore the coves by sea kayak, Sunny Isle for snorkeling
and Black River crocodiles by boat.
It's about 15 minutes by car to Jake's and the laid-back local
restaurant/bars in Calabash Bay, 1 hour to Mandeville for
greathouses and golf, 2.5 to MoBay or Negril -- with nary a tourist
in sight.

Rates include: Airport meeting service, round-trip transfers as a
group from MoBay, breakfast/lunch/dinner daily, including one
shellfish dinner per week (additionals available at market price).
Liquour is additional.
A minimum 15% of rental staff gratuity is customary and required.
A deposit in the amount of 50% of rental fee, plus the one-time
booking fee of US$85 will secure your re-confirmed reservation;
balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
All payments in form of wire transfer.
