The Belle Oaks is a 3 bedroom/2 bath/ large loft on five acres.  It 
will sleep up to 14 of your favorite people!  With 1850 sq ft, it 
has 1 king-sized bed in the master bathroom on the bottom floor.  
The spacious master bath has a Jacuzzi tub and shower.  The other 
two bedrooms are upstairs and have queen beds.  The extra large loft 
has 3 trundle beds - that’s six twins - with room to spare!  We 
offer a full kitchen, washer/dryer, fireplace, TV/DVD/Dish Network 
for your enjoyment.  

This beautiful home has it's own private pool and hot tub. The stone 
patio has an extra large log picnic table , as well as another 
picnic table. There is enough sitting space for 14 people outside so 
that you can enjoy your picnic by the pool and hot tub. No need to 
leave your cook out of the fun!  The stainless steel gas BBQ grill 
with bar and a small refrigerator is located right at the pool - 
where the action is!

Speaking of action, check this out.  Not only do you have full use 
of this private pool and hot tub, you have your own volleyball 
court, tetherball, children’s Rainbow Playscape, darts, Bocce ball, 
and badminton, horseshoes and washers. A nice field located just in 
front of the house is ready for football, soccer or Frisbee.  Want 
to move it inside?  Try a game of Texas Hold’em on our Cabella’s 
table top (clay chips included!) 

Can’t bear to leave Fido behind?  We love well-behaved dogs!  The 
Belle Oaks has a small dog policy!   (Please ask the office about 
the rules and regulations.) 

There is water/boat access (550 yards from water).  Your family and 
friends (and pet) will have a wonderful time and make lasting 
memories at The Belle Oaks!
