The property is on the summit bus route to great skiing/snowboarding 
at Keystone, Breckenridge and A-Basin.  There is also sledding and 
tubing.

In the summer right out your back door is the great hiking and 
mountain biking into the National Forest.  Just two miles down the 
road via the free bus route is outlet shopping, restaurants, and 
fishing.  Golf, paved bike trails and wildlife are a short drive 
away.

2006-2007 Ski Season Rates; 3 night minimum + $120 cleaning fee
Jan 3 - Feb 14; $350 per night or $1750 per week (up to 7 nights 
stay)
Feb 15 - Mar 31; $450 per night or $2250 per week
Apr 1  - Apr 30; $325 per night or $1625 per week
May 1 - June 14 AND Sept 16 - Oct 31; $225 per night or $1125 per wk
June 15 - Sept 15; $275 per night or $1375 per week
Nov 1 - Dec 19;  $300 per night or $1500 per week
**HOLIDAYS**   12/20 - 01/02; $660 per night with 7 night minimum
