The property is a Bed and Breakfast business that is renting as a
vacation resort as well (with or without meals). The San Marcos
River is the cleanest river in Texas. We are centrally located to
many tourist destinations, within an hour of all of the following:
6th street Austin, Gruene, Wimberley, NewBraunfels, San Marcos, Sea
World, Riverwalk, Fiesta Texas, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Capitol,
Bob Bullock Mueseum. We provide: chairfloats, tubes, fishing rods,
paddleboat, and have kayaks for rent.
