player, CD player, VCR and TV. Each bedroom has TV and second bedroom 
has a TV with DVD and VCR. Kitchen is fully equipped including new 
dishwahser, new glass top stove, new icemaker frig. Also, the 
downstairs storage closet has some beach equipment for renters. Condo 
association allows 1 dog, 25 lbs. or under. Cleaning service between 
guests is paid for by owner. Expanded cable, and high-speed wireless 
Internet (available in spring '07).
