This is a Must See House! Nestled in the beautiful Poconos 
Mountains, 
the house is sitting right on the lake and only three houses down 
from 
the public beach. You can fish from the backyard (do not forget to 
have your fishing license) or you can take a row boat. 

The house itself has four bedrooms, two bathrooms (One with the 
whirlpool tub), loft (with sofabed), living room, dining room, and 
eat-in kitchen with marble flooring. The lower level has pergo 
floors, and ceramic tile.
Also it has a large deck, screened porch, and garage. It can 
comfortably accommodate 10 to 12 people. 
However the best feature of the house is a brand new SAUNA room. It 
provides hot dry steam and can sit up to 4 people at a time.

As far as Penn Estates, it is a luxury community with its own pools, 
clubhouses, and lakes. You can either stay in the community and 
enjoy 
those amenities, or you can drive to enjoy other activities in the 
area. They include paintball, horseback riding, shooting ranges, 
water parks, and shopping. All of those are located within minutes 
from the Penn Estates.

Also the rates that are posted are valid rates, The week will cost 
$1200 untill June 1st, and after that $1500, The weekend is $900 
(non holiday) and I have midweek special (Sun Evening-Friday 
Morning) $800 There will be 10% 
discount for 2 or more weeks. All bookings will require at least 
$300 security deposit.

utensils provided, Garage, Charcoal Grill (BBQ).

Regular 2 day weekend is $900, long weekend $1200 (except New Year) 
Week $1500. Also there is a mid week special (which applies only to 
non holiday week) which is only $800 (Monday through Friday morning)
