    "Lighthouse Manor" is a new and beautiful 3-bedroom, two-story 
home right on the beach of Dungeness Bay (on the Straits of Juan de 
Fuca). You cannot get any closer to the water (unless, of course, 
you jump in!!)

    Watch the cruise ships, cargo ships and submarines cruise through
the glorious Straits of Juan de Fuca. Take in the spectacular views 
of Mt. Baker, the lights of Victoria BC., and the New Dungeness
Lighthouse. Bald eagles and seals are regular visitors.

    As if these ocean vistas were not enough for your eyes, the
opposite side of our home faces the majestic Olympic mountains. You
will see some of the most spectacular sunsets over these snow-capped
jewels.

    Sequim (pronounced "skwim") offers so many great activities and
attractions:

just 30 minutes away.

    Sequim has the lowest rainfall in the Puget Sound region. Less
than 14 inches a year!!! It is called the "blue hole" by pilots as it
usually visible from the skies above. It boasts a huge retirement
community because of the weather, golf and proximity to so many 
nearby attractions.

    Many people use Sequim as a home base to explore Washington's
glorious Olympic Peninsula and Victoria BC, Canada.

* $300.00 per night for 1-6 persons
* $350.00 per night for 7-8 persons

Policies
Discount of 10% for stays of 10 or more nights. A minimum stay of two
nights is required. One week minimum stay in July and August - please
contact us to inquire about shorter stays.

One-time cleaning fee of $75.00.

No smoking. No pets.

Long distance phone usage is at the renters expense. Housekeeping
services are available through our local property management company
for an additional fee.

Deposits
Reservations can be held with a major credit card including Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. All rates are in USD and
subject to 8.4% sales tax and 2.0% room tax. A valid drivers license
and credit card must be presented at check-in. A rental agreement
contract must be signed at check-in.

Refunds
All cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. All
cancellations within one month of check-in are subject to a 50% 
refund.
