Mot Mot villa is located on the Caribbean side of the island, set in 
half an acre of what was an old Sugar Plantation.  The villa has 
it's own private swimming pool and access from the garden to the 
road across from Great Courland Bay 'Turtle Beach'.  All local 
amenities such as shops, restaurants are a short distance from the 
villa.

Provided in the cost of the rental is all linen, towells and maid 
service.  Collection to and from the airport is also included within 
the price of the villa.

Located close to the villa are two champonship golf courses, bird 
watching, diving, water sports, restaurants and nightlife.  

October 06 to End April 07 $1500.00 per week
May 07 to End September 07  $1270.00 per week
October 07 to 15 December 07 $1500.00 per week.

A non refundable deposit of 25% is required at time of booking.

Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.

By the guest:
Once a deposit has been paid a cancellation will result in the loss 
of the full 25% deposit.

55 to 30 days prior to arrival will result in a loss of 75% of the 
full rental cost.
29 days or less prior to arrival will result in a loss of 100% of 
the full rental cost.

The owner will endeavour to accommodate any request to change the 
date of arrival and departure in an emergency but this may incur 
additional charges.  

Cancellation by Owner:
In the event of unforeseeable events eg. fire, hurricane, flood or 
other circumstances outside of the owners control, the guest will be 
entitled to a full refund.
