December 20th to August 31st, 2008 --- $1000/week.
September 1st to December 19th, 2008 --- $750/week.
December 20, 2008 to August 31, 2009 --- $1100/week
11% Florida Tax is additional
$70 One time cleaning fee is additional
$300 deposit required within 5 days after booking to hold
reservation.
Deposit is not refundable if a cancellation is received less than 30
days prior to scheduled arrival unless we get other renters to
replace you.
Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Personal checks also welcome.
Smoking not permitted inside condo. No pets please.
