To reserve the property you would need to send the security deposit
and half the amount of the rental with the balance to be paid 30
days
prior to arrival. The security deposit will be returned to you no
later than 14 days after your departure if all is left the way you
received it.
If you need to cancel and it is prior to 30 days before
your arrival you would get all your money back. Less a $50.00
processing fee. If it is after that you would get all your money
back
less $75.00 if we rent for the complete week.
