Hiking Barr Trail up Pikes Peak is 3 blocks away, plus two additional 
trails.  

Cog Wheel Train up Pikes Peak is just 3 blocks away.  Cave of the 
Winds and the Cliff Dwellings are only 10-15 minutes up Ute Pass.

Cripple Creek with gambling and additional mountain views 30-60 
minutes with all new roads. 

Garden of the Gods 10 minutes away.  

Air Force Academy is 15-30 minutes (traffic impact).  

Seven Falls and the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo just 15 minutes.  

White Water Rafting and the Royal Gourge 1 hour.  

Summer Rates are weekly starting at $950 for 2 adults.  Additional 
person charge is $15.  Four night minimum is required. Inquire if a 2 
night reservation is available.  
Summer rates are from May through October.

Winter Rates start in November  with weekly rates at $650 
for 2 adults.  Additonal person charge is $15.  Nightly minimum 
applies, may reserve less with inquiry only.

When reserving a 50% deposit is due with balance due 30 days prior to 
reservation date.  Deposit is taken in full when reserving less than 
the 30 day time frame.  Cancellation is 30 days in advance only with 
a $25 cancellation fee held.  

All additional charges incurred due to damage, smoking, etc. will be 
taken from the credit card information provided.
