Spacious, quiet, clean, and private, this self-catered, self-contained
guest home is a great space to return to after a busy day of
experiencing some of the many attractions and activities in the
Oceanside area of Vancouver Island, BC, Canada. Our ten-acre country
setting is also a wonderful space in which to just take time out to
rejuvenate your tired body or brain, or both!

The house comfortably sleeps six adult guests. (An additional child or
two can be accommodated on a smaller couch, plus floor cushions.) One
well-disciplined dog or cat is welcome with a prior agreement.

Book for a minimum of two nights or more (six & seven day discounts).
Ask about the possibility of a monthly rental during the low season
(Sept 15 to May 31st).

~ radios with alarms in both upstairs bedrooms
~ full bath on main, 1/2 bath upstairs serves both bedrooms
~ two upstairs bedrooms sleep 3 adults plus 1 smaller child (1 queen,
1 single, 1 well-padded floor cot for child)
~ main floor sleeping: 3 adults, plus 1 smaller child (1 hide-a-bed
couch in living room, 2nd couch in living room (for child), 1 airbed
for an adult - tucked into an alcove in the computer/staircase area)
~ all adult beds are super comfortable with memory foam toppers for
the U/S single bed and the hide-a-bed.
~ lay in the Queen bed upstairs and look out at the beautiful forest
and hills view in the morning, or enjoy the sky at night!
~ pleasant outside sitting areas with two tables, umbrellas, chairs,
charcoal BBQ - great for enjoying the wonderful view
~ lots of parking (room for 2/3 RVs, large trucks)

~ within a 2 to 10 minute drive to almost all of our many tourist
attractions in the Oceanside area
~ many beaches in Qualicum Beach and Parksville
~ Coombs shopping, including the famous Old Country Market with its
"goats on the roof"

~ eco-tours: hiking, kayaking, forest/ocean education, and day tours
to the west coast (Tofino, Ucluelet). We have discount arrangements
with three of our local Tour companies.
