The beach is only 100 meters away, along a pathway through the 
gardens and along a beach access road.

The beach is beautiful at this location, it is the eastern end of 
the famous Grace Bay beach. The beach is sandy, quiet, and safe. One 
can walk 12 miles along the beach, and to the main area of the 
beach. 

Sit on the large and private deck, either in the shade in a covered 
area of the deck, or directly in the warm sun. Swim in the private 
pool, or walk to the beach.

The villa offers both outside and inside dining tables, and a 
walkout to the deck from the master bedroom.

The villa is near Leeward Marina, where one can rent boats to visit 
nearby islands,or go for fishing/snorkelling/scuba diving 
expeditions.

Kayaking can also be arranged from the marina, where one can safely 
kayak to nearby deserted islands and mangroves.

An 18 hole golf course is a couple of miles from the villa, and 
excellent restaurants are nearby.
