This beautiful villa is located in the Leeward area of 
Providenciales, a very quiet residential area, near other large and 
private villas.

The villa is situated on a one acre lushly landscaped lot, and 
offers a private and quiet location. 

The beach is only a 100 metres from the villa, along a beach access 
road. The beach, the eastern end of Grace Bay Beach is beautiful at 
this location, sandy and safe. You can walk for miles along the 
beach, including to the main area of the beach. The beach is very 
private here.

The kitchen is fully equiuped, including oven and microwave. 

The villa has cable TV, radio, a CD and book library, telephone with 
internet access.

The master has an en-suite and a king-sized bed, with a walkout to 
the pool deck. The other bedrooms have a double bed, and two twins.

The villa has a large sundeck and a private pool. A walkway through 
the back of the property leads to the beach.

There is air conditioning in the master bedroom and one of the other 
bedrooms.

The beach is absolutely stunning at this location.

A marina is nearby where one can arrange boat trips to nearby 
islands, or a fishing trip, or snorkelling or scuba diving to 
various locations.

Kayaks can be rented at the marina, and one can safely kayak to 
nearby deserted islands and mangroves.

An 18-hole golf course is only a couple of miles from the villa. 

Excellent restaurants are nearby.

Rates:

$3,000 per week to April 30, 2007
$2,600 per week from May 1st to October 31, 2007
$3,000 per week from November 1, 2007 to December 16, 2007
$3,250 per week from December 17, 2007 to January 6, 2008
$3,000 per week from January 7, 2008
